Join A Cause is a mission driven organization with the stated aim of unearthing solutions to sustainability issues and challenges in vulnerable populations within the Greater Atlanta area.  

Our History

Join A Cause411 was founded in May 2011 by Ms. Catherine White out of a profound desire to assist youths in Southwest Atlanta communities. The organization started out by assisting mostly unattached youths with employment opportunities. Over the course of eight years, the organization has broadened its mission to also focus on poverty and hunger reduction, introduce health and wellness programs to stymie staggering increases in chronic lifestyle diseases and enable economic opportunities  targeting youths and single parent households.

STEAM Summer Program

This annual STEAM (science technology, engineering, art and math)  immersion summer camp engages youths 8 to 15 for a summer to remember 

United Way Partner

Partnership with the United Way’s Project Overcoat and Shoe Box, food pantry and care packages for vulnerable members of our community

Community Garden Program

community gardening the program, titled 3R’s Ecotherapy: Relax . Renew . Restore aims to introduce interactions with nature as a viable alternative to overcome mental and psychological traumas.
